Our Story
We started PlayerHub because we kept watching operators buy player apps that quietly took ownership of the player relationship along with it. Four years later, PlayerHub runs the digital guest experience for tribal and commercial properties, with production integrations into Light & Wonder, IGT Advantage and Konami SYNKROS orchestrating enrollment, cashless, hotel, promotions and 1:1 marketing.

Before founding PlayerHub, RJ served as Vice President at Everi, where he led digital and payments initiatives, following earlier leadership roles at Bally Technologies and Scientific Games. He was an early contributor to casino mobile and mobile wallet solutions, giving him deep experience in the technologies that now underpin connected guest experiences across gaming and hospitality.
At PlayerHub, RJ sets the company’s platform strategy and leads its work with casino and resort operators, from initial architecture and integration planning through implementation and go-live. His focus is on helping operators modernize the guest journey through connected mobile, payments, loyalty, and digital experiences.

Before founding PlayerHub, KP served as Senior Director of Product Development at Light & Wonder, following earlier leadership roles at Bally Technologies and Scientific Games. His experience spans casino management, loyalty, and enterprise platforms — many of the systems PlayerHub integrates with today. Earlier in his career, he worked on enterprise technology at Manhattan Associates, building experience in large-scale systems and complex integrations.
At PlayerHub, KP works across product, engineering, and business development, with a focus on platform strategy, architecture, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. He is particularly focused on using AI and data-driven personalization to create more relevant, connected guest experiences.
KP holds an MBA from Georgia State University and regularly speaks on mobile strategy, technology, and the future of the casino guest experience at industry events including TribalNet and WIGA.
